Brett Boswell

Brett Boswell is no stranger to the real estate business, as he has been around the industry his entire life. His mother has been a licensed Florida Realtor, since 1981. His grandfather was in the real estate business, in Georgia, and his focus was on buying and selling large tracts of land in North and South Georgia. Even as a young child, Brett had the opportunity to attend many home showings, home inspections and real estate closings.

Brett chose to go into the military, after graduating from high school, and served four years in the US Army as a combat medic in an airborne unit. While in Afghanistan, he provided medical support to coalition forces and local Nationals, and performed liaison with the Afghan National Army medic personnel. Brett developed and conducted joint medical training operations and standard operating procedures for medics in his company. Brett’s position in the military required keen listening and communication skills. He also learned the importance of perseverance, patience and being disciplined.

After his military career, Brett went to work for his father helping to manage his furniture business in Gainesville. All of his experiences have proved invaluable in helping him relate to buyers and sellers. As a real estate professional, Brett is bringing those same skills to his customers and clients and he is able to create a positive experience for them. He listens to his client’s needs, helps match them to the right property, then stays in touch with them throughout every step of the process assuring a smooth and efficient transaction. He will work tirelessly on your behalf and be there for you, if you need him, long after your home purchase. Brett has a strong knowledge of the community, knows all the neighborhoods inside out, and can help you select the best home for your needs.

Brett enjoys camping, working out, and spending time with his wife Dana and their two dogs. Besides being a licensed Florida Realtor, he is also a licensed Auctioneer, a member of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Wounded Warrior Project.
